All Applicants seeking grant funding from the Pallottine Foundation of Buckhannon (PFB) must first submit a Letter of Inquiry briefly describing their project using the PFB online grant management system.
The Letter of Inquiry provides the necessary information for the PFB staff to review the proposed project and determine if the project meets the Foundation minimum criteria. All Letters of Inquiry will receive full consideration and a prompt response indicating whether the organization should move forward with a formal grant application. Organizations are encouraged to submit the Letter of Inquiry well in advance of the posted deadline to provide sufficient time for the PFB staff to review and respond to the request.
Letter of Inquiry (LOI) Guidelines
The following information will be requested for the LOI:
- Organization Mission
- Program/Project Description and Goals
- Target Population and Geographic Area of Service
- Timeline for Program/Project
- Amount of Funding Request and Amount of Total Program/Project
- Organizational Budget
- Program/Project Support from Others
